About Us
HIV prevention is personal to us.
Blue D Class Health Group was founded on a simple belief: everyone in Miami deserves access to the tools that keep them healthy — without stigma, without barriers, and without judgment.
Our mission
We exist to make PrEP — one of the most powerful HIV prevention tools available — accessible to every person in Miami-Dade County who needs it. That means meeting people where they are: in their neighborhoods, in their language, and on their terms.
HIV prevention is not a one-size-fits-all conversation. It requires trust, cultural competency, and a genuine commitment to the communities most affected. That is the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
What we stand for
Compassionate care
Every patient is treated with dignity and respect. We create a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone who walks through our doors.
Confidentiality
Your health information is private. We follow strict HIPAA guidelines and never share your data without your explicit consent.
Community first
We are rooted in Miami's diverse communities. Our team reflects the people we serve — multilingual, multicultural, and deeply local.
Evidence-based
Our clinical approach is grounded in the latest CDC guidelines and medical research on HIV prevention and PrEP therapy.
Why we started this
Miami-Dade County has one of the highest rates of new HIV diagnoses in the United States. Despite the availability of PrEP — a medication that is over 99% effective at preventing HIV — too many people in our community had never heard of it, couldn't afford it, or didn't know where to get it.
Blue D Class Health Group was founded to close that gap. We built PREP Miami as a dedicated resource to connect residents with PrEP services, clear information, and compassionate providers — all in one place.
We believe that ending the HIV epidemic in Miami starts with access. When people have the information and the care they need, they can protect themselves and their communities. That is the work we show up for every day.
